San Pablo Bay NWR: “The Not so New Kid on the Block ”

San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Refuge  is part of the San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge Complex. This program will be presented by Christy Smith, Refuge Manager for the San Pablo Bay unit, and Jerry Karr, long time Napa~Solano Audubon member. Jerry is also President of The Friends of the San Pablo Bay NWR, an organization of Bay Area residents who provide support to the refuge. Christy will give details about the refuge location and boundaries. Cullinan Ranch, and Lower Tubbs Island are but two of the units of the San Pablo Bay NWR. She will also provide an update about the US Fish and Wildlife Service’s 15-Year Comprehensive Conservation Plan, with suggestions about how we can help guide the planning...
