Field Trip: Lake Hennessey

Description: Lake Hennessey this week. It is very attractive to unusual fall migrants on the water, in the trees, and overhead. We will cover both the open north shore and the wooded Conn Creek trail, a full morning's birdwatching.

Napa carpool leaves from the east side of Sweeney's sport shop in Riverpark shopping center at 8:00am. On your own, be at the dead end of Conn Valley Rd after 8:30. From Silverado Trail at St. Helena, follow Howell Mt Rd to Conn Valley Rd to the end.
